Along with the requisite trailers, screenshots, and character bios, the new website for Sega’s gun-toting role-playing game Resonance of Fate has a couple songs for you to add to your collection of video game music you hardly ever listen to. I have quite a large collection of video game music I hardly ever listen to, mainly ripped from soundtracks packed inside the special editions of various games over the years. I keep meaning to organize it all and slip it onto one of the iPods I have floating about the house, but I never get around to it. And now two tracks from tri-Ace’s Resonance of Fate join the crowded collection. Huzzah! Whenever a new video game is released in Japan, gamers band together to check something : Character underpants. The ability to see up female character skirts in-game is certainly fan service, and depending on the developer, there might be some of this fan service (see Super Smash Bros. Brawl ) or there might not be much at all (see The King of Fighters XII ). Resonance of Fate , known as End of Eternity, has this underwear fan service in spades. As Kotaku previously posted, the game offers a plethora of costume options. At least one of those options, for better or worse, offers an eyeful. SEGA Launches "Count-Up" Clock [Sega]

Hate those countdown clocks — haaaaaaaaaaate them. Perhaps someone at SEGA hates them, too. Because the company didn’t launch a countdown clock for upcoming role-playing-game, Resonance of Fate (AKA End of Eternity in Japan). Instead SEGA launched a count-up clock. There’s a Twitter feed for the game’s character with tweets from Vashyron (“We can only wait for it to stop!) and Zephyr (“Well, when’s that?”). Clever! End of Eternity [SEGA]
