To: Luke From: Crecente Trish’s almost new laptop was infected with a nasty virus this week called Security Tool. By the time I got involved it has deleted massive amounts of files, taken over the backups and had even started blocking other virus programs from running. I spent my down time yesterday and today manually copying over her novels, photos and emails to a flash drive in preparation for a full windows reinstall. Great way to prepare for Thanksgiving.
